We are now offering shipping by either US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). The shipping charges are as follows:
1) A flat shipping fee for USPS First Class Mail of $5 for all orders under $50
2) All orders of $50 or more ship FREE by USPS First Class Mail!
3) A flat shipping fee for UPS Ground of $10 for all orders under $50
4) All orders of $50 or more ship FREE by UPS Ground!
We also offer an upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day Select for an additional $5 to the prices listed above. These options offer expedited delivery at an affordable price!
To change between USPS & UPS options use the "More Carriers" option pulldown on the cart & checkout pages.
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends & holidays). You will receive an email confirming shipment when your order has shipped.
All orders are sent with delivery confirmation. You will receive the delivery confirmation number in your shipping confirmation email. The delivery confirmation number is also the tracking number for the package.
The delivery time frames are as follows:
First Class Mail: 5-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 2-5 Business Days
UPS Ground: 2-6 Business Days
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business Days (after date of shipment)
(Excluding Shipments to Military AP, AA & AE Addresses. Normal Delivery to These Addresses is Approximately 2-3 Weeks).
UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes so a street address is required. If you submit an order with a PO Box we will ship it by the US Postal Service. Additionally all orders placed for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or any military address will be shipped by the US Postal Service. Orders sent by the US Postal Service are 5-10 business days in transit excluding military addresses which typically arrive in about 3 weeks.
Typical transit times for UPS Ground are 2 to 6 BUSINESS days (all shipments originate from Johnson City, TN 37604). UPS 3 Day Select is a very consistent three BUSINESS days (after date of shipment) or less but is not guaranteed. UPS does not accept shipments on weekends so we do NOT ship UPS orders on Saturdays (we may label & pack your order on weekends but they will be given to UPS on the next business day).
Please note that although service delays have been minimal with UPS they still may occur. We will not consider reshipment/refund of any delayed order until a minimum of 14 days has passed since original shipment date (20 days for US Postal Service Shipments).
Nicotine Nirvana is NOT responsible or liable in the rare case that your item show as being delivered but you did not receive it. If the item shows as being delivered but was lost, misplaced or stolen at the destination you will need to contact the carrier for assistance. We will provide any information & assistance that we can but the discrepancy is between you & the shipping service. We will NOT refund or reship the order at no charge. We are also NOT responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information that is provided when ordering. By placing an order with Nicotine Nirvana you agree to these provisions.
