The color of the liquid received was not what I typically buy in stores. The company promptly responded to my email reassuring me that it was normal and did offer me the option to return the item to them, but instead of dealing with the headache, I opted to throw the product away. I did try the liquid in my pen and the flavor was also off (which I knew it would be based on the color). Disappointed. Will not order again.
