The lid is not fitting 100%. I can not use it.<br><br>***NN Response*** We recommend checking that the coil is fitted to the pod properly. The bottom of the coil has two flat sides that correspond with the flat edges on the pod. If the coil is not oriented properly it will prevent the pod from installing all the way to the bottom of the pod well. <br><br>

If the coil is installed flush & correctly, we would then recommend checking & adjusting your wattage setting to 20W  or above.  NN
